Deine Aufgaben
Definition & Entwicklung der notwendigen Test-/Validierungsmethoden für das/die jeweilige Projekt(e)
Planung, Koordination, Durchführung und Dokumentation des Prototypenbaus/der Umrüstung sowie der Validierungs- und Erprobungsaufgaben (DVP) im Zeit- und Kostenrahmen.
Durchführung von Fahrzeugtests zur Überprüfung der Reife, des Leistungsniveaus und des Fortschritts.
Dokumentation und Bericht des Validierungs- und Testprogramms sowie der Leistungen
Gestaltung der zukünftigen Leistung von Quantron-Fahrzeugen
Enge Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen internen Abteilungen
Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche
Planung, Koordinierung, Durchführung und Dokumentation des Prototypenbaus/der Überholung sowie der Validierungs- und Testaufgaben
Erstellung einer ausreichenden Datenbasis für die Freigabe durch die Egnieering-Abteilung
Erreichen der Gesamtziele für die Fahrzeugleistung
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (FH, TU), idealerweise im Bereich der Fahrzeugtechnik und/oder Elektronik
Breites und tiefgreifendes Know-how in der Nutzfahrzeugtechnik
LKW-Führerschein
Funktionsübergreifendes Verständnis aller F&E-Funktionen wie ME, Software, EE, etc.
Werkstattausbildung (NFZ/KFZ-Mechaniker/Mechatroniker/Meister oder gleichwertig)
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche, vorzugsweise im Bereich Gesamtfahrzeugschutz im Bereich Elektrik/Elektronik
Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, , Engineering Tools, wie Dialog, FiNAS, KERS, INCA, DTS-Monaco, CANape)
Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Durchsetzungsvermögen und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

We are currently looking for you to join as a Performance, Prototype and Testing Engineer (m/f/d) for our R&D department!
Your mission
Definition & development of the necessary test/validation methods for the respective project(s)
Planning, coordination, execution and documentation of prototype construction/conversion as well as validation and testing tasks (DVP) on time and within budget.
Carrying out vehicle tests to check maturity, performance level and progress.
Document and report the validation and test program and deliverables
Shaping the future performance of Quantron vehicles
Close coordination with the respective internal departments
Support with troubleshooting
Planning, coordination, execution and documentation of prototype build/overhaul and validation and testing tasks
Creation of a sufficient database for approval by the engineering department
Achieving the overall targets for vehicle performance
Your profile
Completed technical studies (FH, TU), ideally in the field of vehicle technology and/or electronics
Broad and in-depth know-how in commercial vehicle technology
Truck driver's license
Cross-functional understanding of all R&D functions such as ME, software, EE, etc.
Workshop training (commercial vehicle/vehicle mechanic/mechatronics technician/master craftsman or equivalent)
At least 2 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the field of total vehicle protection in the area of electrics/electronics
Very good IT skills (MS Office, engineering tools such as Dialog, FiNAS, KERS, INCA, DTS-Monaco, CANape)
Language skills in German and English
Assertiveness and good communication skills
